Be Thankful :)
It’s not easy to imagine being thankful for the difficulties that we may be experiencing; but it is possible. No, we’re not always thankful for the particular situation but we can be thankful for such a gracious God to see us through the situation. We were not promised an easy road in life but we have been given the power, peace and presence of God to sustain our journey. If we didn’t experience challenges, then we wouldn’t experience growth and perseverance. Some of my greatest lessons learned came through great pain and discomfort. My discomfort stretched me to maturity and dependence upon Christ. Once we realize that we cannot control life and all of its instabilities, we learn to place our trust and confidence in the only One who will always remain constant and true – Jesus Christ.
